Service Center

OARnet Gateway

The OARnet Service Center provides online access for clients to interact with our ticketing system and support services.

The Service Center features the ability to open and comment on tickets, see updates, and submit trouble reports and requests.

Access

To ensure our customers’ security the follow access conditions are in place for Service Center. Gateway users are verified during the registration process.

To access the OARnet Service Center, please ensure the following:

  • You are registered on Gateway and have a username and password.
  • Your organization's contacts are complete.
  • Your account is applied as a Contact Role.
  • You are connecting from an OARnet client IP address.
    • If you do not have an OARnet internet subscription, please read the instructions
      on the Gateway information page.

Case Management

Users with the access conditions noted above may:

  • Go gateway.oar.net and login. 
  • Click Service Center in the main menu.
  • Report issues our 24/hr staff by using the forms on the homepage or click Create Case, choose the appropiate Report form.
  • View & comment on open tickets by clicking on the ticket number from the homepage or under All Cases
