10:00 AM - Welcome by Dr. Laura Meeks, President of Eastern Gateway Community College and other general introductions.
10:10 AM - Presentation on VMware / OARnet agreement
10:30 AM - VMware View Presentation
11:15 AM EGCC Showcase. An introduction to View at Eastern Gateway:

• EGCC to speak about their needs to go with View.
• Why View?
• Goals? Obstacles?
• Current use (How is it deployed?)

11:30 AM - Lunch
12:30 PM - Begin live Demo. Allow attendees to use View hands on.  To be guided by EGCC and Presidio (who configured EGCC’s deployment.)
1:30 PM - AEP Rebate Program
2:00 PM - Closing. Present ordering procedures. Door Prizes.
2:15 PM - Questions, discussions (roundtable or one on one). Wrap up at approximately 3:00 pm
