DESCRIPTION:
Resolved: Ring 4 between Lancaster and Athens was down overnight. Clients should not have noticed any impact as traffic was moving around the other side of the ring. OARnet engineers isolated a fiber break. AEP dispatched to the site and repaired the break. (Ticket #58084)
