Reason for Work: Placing a new AEP 48 fiber cable to the AEP St. Albans Service Center. AEP will be accessing an existing splice closure on the 96 Fiber backbone at AEP Pole# 39820787B10007. Impact: None. This should not be a service affecting work. Possible alarms may be generated but all customers on Ring4 are built protected and should be impacted by this work.
