AEP Lima work - not service affecting

DESCRIPTION:
Reason for Work: To place a new buried Customer 48 fiber lateral into an existing OPGW splice case located at Tower 29 just west of North Cole Road, Lima, Ohio. This work is not anticipated to cause an outage or be service affecting however AEP will be splicing fibers within the OARnet buffer tube.
